No Refunds Policy

Lekafi Pty Ltd does not provide refunds for subscription memberships or any of our service packages. Once a service is purchased, it is considered final. This policy applies to all memberships and packages, regardless of whether the service is canceled before the program’s completion or after its conclusion. We encourage all potential members to carefully consider their decision before enrolling, as all sales are final.

Discounts for Full Package Payments

While we do not offer refunds, we do provide an incentive for members who choose to pay for their packages in full. This allows members to avoid the hassle of monthly payments and benefit from a more streamlined payment process. By paying upfront, you can take advantage of this discount opportunity, enhancing your overall experience with Lekafi Pty Ltd.

Teaching Challenge Discount for the 12-Month Package

In our commitment to helping members succeed, Lekafi Pty Ltd offers a unique “Teaching Challenge” discount specifically for the 12-month mentoring package. This program is designed for those who, despite our best efforts in providing education, may struggle to achieve profitability within the designated timeframe.

Should a member qualify and not attain profitability by the end of the year, they will receive a discount equal to half the cost of the 12-month package. It is essential to note that this discount is not a refund or a performance guarantee but rather a discount policy aimed at supporting our members in their educational journey.

Qualifications for the Teaching Challenge Discount

To qualify for the Teaching Challenge discount, members must meet the following criteria:

1. Enrollment in the 12-Month Mentoring Package: You must have officially signed up for our comprehensive 12-month mentoring program to be eligible.
2. Minimum Trading Account Balance: Your trading account must start with at least $25,000 available for trading at the beginning of the program. This balance must be maintained throughout the duration of the program, even after any withdrawals. Please note that any trading losses incurred will not affect your qualification status.
3. Active Participation in Trades: All trades included in your portfolio, including any closing trades, must be trades that you independently chose to follow using “The Lekafi Way.” This ensures that you are actively engaged in your trading education.
4. Regular Communication: You must be able to meet and have brief discussions three trading days a week, whether before, during, or after regular trading hours. Our structure allows for flexibility, and members of the 12-month package can miss up to 12 one-on-one meetings throughout the year without disqualifying themselves from the Teaching Challenge.
5. Current Monthly Payments: If you are enrolled on a monthly payment plan, it is essential that your payments remain current throughout the entire duration of the program. This ensures your continued access to all educational resources and support.

Important Clarification on Discounts

The 12-month half discount is not to be construed as a performance guarantee. It is explicitly a service discount offered under specific conditions. Lekafi Pty Ltd does not provide, nor will it ever provide, any guarantees regarding trading performance. The Teaching Challenge discount reflects our understanding that not every member may achieve immediate success in the markets, and it underscores our commitment to providing ongoing support and education to help our members improve their trading skills.
